My approach is to invite you into a safe emotional space, to be creative, authentic and spontaneous at your own level of comfort. Using principals of Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) and Role Theory, I invite you to become aware your here-and-now experiences with honesty, patience and kindness to yourself. We explore behaviors, thoughts and feelings that create tension or discomfort. We identify primary roles and relationships. We look for insight into core beliefs and assumptions. From there, we look for ways to increase confidence, improve resilience, and find the path to ownership and freedom. Together, we find the best way forward!
